This 3-Bed 2-Bath House can accommodate 6 guests for a minimum of 2 nights.

This charming villa is located directly at lake Hernando. The villa has three bedrooms (2 queen and 2 twin beds) and two and a half bathrooms and sleeps 6 people. If needed a couch can be transformed into an extra bed. There are two separate living areas, a dining room and a kitchen. The second queen room is accessible via (down)stairs in the living room. The lakeside of the villa has a large balcony and a fully screened in patio. The interior of the villa has a mixture of modern and antique furniture, giving the place a charming atmosphere. There are 3 kayaks that can be used to explore the lake and the adjacent waters free of charge. Note that use of the kayaks is at your own risk. The villa is about 5 minutes from the Lakeside Bar & Grill where our front desk is located and guests can check in. Grocery stores (Publix, Sweetbay) are about 10 minutes away.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 28 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 28 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
