If you're traveling with several vehicles, ATVs and/or bikes; you'll have ample space for parking and storing your gear in the spacious two car garage. You'll also have driveway parking space available directly outside of the garage.

(Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit, and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the bikes will be fully operational at all times. Issues such as flat tires or mechanical problems may arise, and we may not be able to resolve them during your stay. If a bike(s) is not usable during your stay, a refund will not be provided as the bikes are an incentive but not a guarantee. Guests are responsible for using the provided bike lock when taking the bikes around downtown to ensure they are secure and not stolen. Please also note that these bikes are designed for use on paved cement pathways only and are not suitable for mountain or trail riding. The Moab bike path and the sideways surrounding Moab are great places to ride!
