AMI is home to beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants and family friendly neighborhoods. Beach is just 1.5 blocks away. This home has everything needed to enjoy your time on our island!
Walk in to a beautiful living room with designer sectional large enough for the whole family to enjoy! 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus outdoor shower. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, office space, seating area and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and seating area. Bedroom 3 has two bunks including a twin over queen. Full kitchen SS appliances, quartz countertops and shell backsplash with every detail included. Fantastic sun room off of pool with wine and coffee bar as well as large double sliders for the perfect indoor/outdoor living experience. Outdoor area includes large caged heated pool to keep the bugs away, dining area, seating area with large smart TV, and fire pit area.
Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed wireless internet, and unwind in the living room and all bedrooms with smart, flat-screen TVs with all streaming services available for you to sign in.
Starter rolls of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided, plus dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.
The pool is heated to 82 degrees. If you'd like a higher pool temp, an extra fee will be required.
Driveway parking includes up to 2 vehicles. There is additional parking in the separate shell driveway for an 3rd vehicle. Tesla EV 220V charger available as well!
There is no street parking permitted.
Dogs 50lbs or less are welcome; a $125 Pet Fee per week is required per pet; no dangerous breeds allowed. We will consider larger dogs on a case by case basis. Pets that are not disclosed will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.
Full access to entire property. We keep our golf cart in the garage so there is no parking permitted in garage. There is an owner’s closet in the hallway that will be locked
