On the main level of the home there is a spacious living space and kitchen, as well as dining area. The kitchen has a large pantry, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and extra spacious custom cabinetry. The dining table offers seating for 4 as well as additional seating at the kitchen bar. The comfortable living room sectional offers ample seating for everyone, and the sofa turns into a full-sized sofa sleeper as well. On the main level you also have a large balcony with plush seating options. The view from the balcony includes the communal pool.

Large master suite on the 1st floor has a master bath with a double vanity, huge walk in closet, separate water closet, garden spa tub and roomy separate shower. The second guest bedroom offers a King Bed a large walk-in closet and French doors leading to its own walk-out private sun deck/balcony that overlooks the pool. The upstairs guest bathroom offers a large walk-in shower.
Downstairs the private, fenced-in backyard also has a patio perfect for BBQ's and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
