Owner Direct has been helping travelers find the right place to stay since 1994. We connect millions of travelers to verified vacation rentals, cabins, cottages, condos, and holiday homes around the world. In November 2025, Owner Direct was acquired by UpNext Group, a Canadian-based family of travel brands dedicated to elevating travel and helping people create better memories through better travel experiences.
We feature properties provided directly by owners and trusted partners. Travelers are referred to our partners’ websites to complete secure reservations. While we don’t offer direct booking on our site, our focus is to make it easier to compare stays, check availability, and find a vacation rental that fits your trip with clarity and confidence.
All reservations made through Owner Direct are completed with our partners’ site. To modify, cancel, or update your booking, please visit the partner’s website directly. The partner listed in your confirmation email will have the details you need to manage your reservation.
Properties shown on Owner Direct come from trusted partners, including online travel agencies (OTAs) and channel managers that distribute their listings across the UpNext Group network. This typically happens when owners or managers opt into wider distribution.
If your property has been removed from the partner site but still appears here, it may be cached or waiting for our update cycle. It will be removed automatically once sync updates. If you'd like it removed sooner, you can email us your listing link and we’ll review the request.
Listings on Owner Direct come from our travel partners, and there’s no cost for your property to appear on our site. To fully remove your listing from the internet, please contact the partner where it was originally published.
If you’d like it removed only from Owner Direct, send us your listing link and we’ll review it for removal.
At this time, most properties on Owner Direct come from partners and select travel sellers. We are gradually expanding direct listing opportunities through approved channel managers. You can visit our “Add a Listing” page for updates as more direct options become available.
Each listing includes details such as photos, amenities, policies, and location information provided by partners or owners. Some information may also come from publicly available sources to help travelers better understand the property.
For specific or time-sensitive questions, especially about pets or amenities, please contact the owner or partner directly using the link on the listing page.
We display the lowest nightly rate available from our partners. For the most accurate total—including taxes and fees—enter your travel dates and continue to the partner’s website. Pricing is always confirmed at checkout on the partner’s platform.
