★ No shoes in the home. Please leave them on the shoe rack next to the door.
★ We kindly request that you help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests by avoiding excessive sand inside the house. As we are located near the beach, sand can easily find its way indoors, and while we understand it's unavoidable to some extent, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in minimizing it as much as possible. While we hate to charge our guests, if our cleaning team charges us an additional fee due to excessive sand that requires extra time and effort to clean, we may need to pass on this cost to you. We recommend shaking off any excess sand before entering the premises and using the outdoor showers to rinse off before coming inside. We also leave brooms and dustpan which you can use. By doing so, you'll help us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.
★ No Smoking. Guests can smoke outside, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house. Please be wary of No Smoking signs.
★ No parties and illegal substance.
★ No unauthorized guests. Unauthorized guests will be charged $20 per guest.
★ Please observe quiet hours - 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
★ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.

★ It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
★ Only one camera at the front door covers entryway. On and recording 24/7 during the reservation. No cameras inside the home. Camera is for safety of ourselves and our guests.
