The Color House is located on the east coast of Mallorca, very close to the city center, with beaches just a few minutes walk away and incredible views. You will love the apartment, a cozy and familiar space where you can relax. My accommodation is perfect for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families with children and large groups.
The flat, sunny and very well ventilated, is located on the first floor of a small house. There are three independent rooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room area.
The kitchen, separated from the living room, is spacious and functional, and comfortable to access an outdoor dining area, perfect for dining in the cool afternoon.
For families with children, the house has a crib, an adapter for chairs, a potty and games so that kids don't get bored!
The accommodation also has the private use of the upper floor terrace, where you can relax or sunbathe.
Guests will have absolute independence although there will always be a person available for any need. In the house you will find an instruction book to benefit from all the comforts of the house (wifi, washing machine etc ...) and a book of recommendations to enjoy the best possible stay on the island.
