Imagine yourself having a family dinner while enjoying a breathtaking view. This 3 bedroom apartment has a modern yet simple decor that you'll love. Once you arrive to the condo you'll feel at peace with the resort like amenities. Including AC, Washer and Dryer, Wi-Fi, Cable, appliances, and a pool house.
The Space- This sub-penthouse has a very elegant feeling. Once you enter, you'll feel at peace. It comfortably fits a maximum of 6 people.
Guest Access- Guest will have access to the club house/pool area which the key will be provided. Security is our priority. Ocean Plaza belongs to a community of 4 neighborhoods which all share a main entrance. Once you get past the principle entrance turn to your right and soon ahead you 'll see the condo's main gate (you'll notice the colors that match the pictures). The third access control will be at the lobby before entering the elevator. It's very important to coordinate access before arrival.
Interaction with Guest- We are very accommodating and this is a very warm and pleasant community.
The Neighborhood- What we love about Luquillo that it is relaxed, which you will notice upon your arrival. Just 5 minutes drive to Luquillo Beach a 15 minute drive to the rain forest and 20 minutes to Fajardo where you can catch ferry to Culebra and Vieques.
Transportation- Would suggest renting a car on your stay there is space in parking garage reserved for the unit.
Please note we encourage people to have fun and relax in the sun. It is important to know that this is a residential complex and that people live here 24/7. You have neighbors below, above and around you . Please keep the noise down at all times.
