The guest house is completely recently remodeled. There are custom cabinets with quartz counters in kitchen and bathroom. Lovely porcelain tile floors (you would swear they were wood) throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook any meal and glassware for any kind of cocktail. There is a large 48" TV with full streaming available. Wifi is also available. It has it's own private, front entry and a lovely and tranquil private back yard with a wonderful fig tree and lots of flowers and bougainvillea pouring over the fences. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine or cocktail in the evenings on your patio, which has quality and tasteful patio furniture. A stack-able washer/dryer is available inside for your convenience.
