All of the other units are upstairs and have a separate front door entrance, ensuring privacy, security and quiet for this ground floor unit.
The main entrance is through a french door on the covered patio on the back side of the building. The unit comes with two parking places. One parking spot is next to french door under the big blue shade sail and one is across the parking lot in a covered carport.
The unit has two lovely bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Every item in the condo is brand new! The master bedroom is lovely and large and features a brand new comfortable King bed with high quality bed linens and ensuite bathroom, a comfortable chair for reading, large walk-in closet and a 48'"TV with free satellite and complimentary premium channels .
The second bedroom is very stylish and features a brand new comfortable Queen bed with high quality sheets as well as a TV. Its bathroom is next door to the bedroom.
There is not a washer/dryer in the unit. However upon request, there is a laundry room in the building.
The living room is spacious and inviting. The leather couch is comfortable with a large coffee table and 3 additional chairs. There is a 58" TV with Roku and satellite including complimentary premium stations. There is an eat-in high top table for four beside the french door looking out on a cozy patio.
The patio is a great place to have coffee and breakfast in the morning or wind down with a cool beverage after a busy day in Hendersonville and surrounding areas.
The patio is covered with a whimsical two tone blue shade sail and features 2 very comfortable, high quality rocking chairs, plants and a small table. If needed, two more chairs for the patio are available inside the condo.
The kitchen is galley style and packed with every amenity one might need. There is a dedicated coffee bar that features a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig. Coffee Pods and loose coffee are complimentary as well as sugar, truvia and cream. Snacks and a bottle of wine greet every new visitor. Brand new cooking gear, pots and pans, blender, wine/beer opener, toaster, toaster oven , crock pot and more are available for our guests.
A property manager lives onsite and is available to solve any problems and answer any questions that may arise.
