Brand new (ready for 2027) beautiful home. Over 8,000 finished square feet across three floors provides plenty of space for family and friends to spread out. Generously sized master suites, en-suite bath for every bedroom, and a half bath on every floor. Home features a private pool, spillover spa, home theater room, ample deck/patio space, including an abundance of top floor outdoor space overlooking beautiful marsh sunsets. An elevator can also be made available for guest use if arranged.
10 bedrooms (all with full en-suite bath) and description of layout is as follows:
1st Floor: One bedroom with king bed, one bedroom with two queen beds. Living/kitchen/dining is also on this floor.
2nd Floor: Two oceanfront suites with king bed in each, two bunk rooms (queen/queen and twin/twin in EACH bunk room), and two marsh-front bedrooms with king bed in each. This floor will also have a wet bar and game area.
3rd Floor: Two large oceanfront master suites with king bed in each. This floor will also have a home theater room and a large amount of deck space overlooking beautiful sunsets at the front of the house and sunrises at the back of the house.
The private pool/spa will be available for use seasonally, and either can be heated for an additional fee. The spa does not remain hot 24/7, but rather turns on with the press of a button and runs for about 90 minutes at a time.
Elevator can be made available for guest use with additional waiver of liability.
Whole property is available for guest use, with exception of locked owner closets. Pool equipment is to be monitored/handled by service techs ONLY. Guest tampering will result in equipment being shut off for remainder of stay with no refund.
