This fabulous, spacious villa is just a few minutes' walk from sandy beaches, the local town and Puerto Marina at Benalmadena Costa. The villa is really comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful, easy, relaxing holiday! I have a team to look after the villas should you have a problem.
HOUSE LAYOUT: The main floor of the villa has three bedrooms (double, twin and bunk) and one bathroom. There is also the games room, living room, dining room and kitchen. There are two double sofa beds, one in the living room and one in the games room. The lower level bedroom has twin beds, bathroom and a double sofa bed. The master bedroom is on the upper level and has a superking bed, large bathroom with large jacuzzi and a roof top terrace.
CHILD SAFETY: We have a Pool Safe Fence available if you are travelling with children. It is to European Standard - you can see it in the photos. It can be removed it you don't need it. The front terrace is gated, also the BBQ terrace and there is a gate by the kitchen door. If you close the gates, children cannot get to the pool area.
CHILDREN’S FACILITIES: cots; high chair; push chair; baby bath, etc... please see my website for more details.
Car hire is not necessary.

LOCAL AREA: You'll be within walking distance to the sandy beach, Puerto Marina, Sea Life Centre, Tivoli World, cable car, Selwo Marine Centre, shops, huge selection of restaurants. From Puerto Marina you can take boat trips along the coast or dolphin watching - or just stroll along and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere!
An easy walk from the villa is to Parque Paloma. A great, free, day out for all the family - lots of play areas for kids and a mini zoo. You can walk back along the promenade if you like and enjoy excellent tapas in any of the beach restaurants!
You can get a taxi or bus to the local Water Park and to the Crocodile Park. Or, an excursion to Mijas, Ronda, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar..... These can be booked locally and there is an information file in the villa to help you.
