The house has an excellent layout utilizing the space well. An open concept well equipped kitchen, lots of space in the living and the dining room, super comfy couch and 2 bedrooms with premium queen size beds for a good night's sleep. Double doors open up to the garden.
Unwind in our serene garden which features two wooden decks, an outside dining area, hammock, a lawn, sun -and lounge chairs, an outdoor gas fire pit and a BBQ. Perfect for enjoying a Southern California getaway.
The house itself sits in the back of the lot which gives you a plethora of space to relax, completely private from the residential street. Here is plenty of room for 4 guests in two bedrooms, but you will need to share one bathroom with a large shower.
The house has strong WiFi, a stellar soundsystem, a 50" plasma tv, a piano, washer & dryer, a roomy kitchen, dishwasher, espresso machine, a gas stove & oven, mini oven and plenty of cookware. One thing to note is that we do not have a microwave, nor air-con but we have plenty of fans available.
You'll find cafe's, restaurants, a little local market, grocery stores, yoga and fitness places a stone throw from the house, and the hustle and bustle of Abbott Kinney is a 10 minute walk. Go watch the surfers, play beach volley ball, or play in the sand on Venice Beach. Watch the sunset or go for a nice stroll. Our location is a bit of a walk from Venice beach(25mins), but doable and you get the benefit of walking past so many great eclectic properties and not have to worry about parking by the beach. By bike its a 8 min drive and by car about 5 minutes.
The laundry is in the back of the house - in true Venice style it is an outside covered laundry space.
There is both off-street parking and on-premise parking with enough space for two midsize cars, as well as external 220V plug for Level 2 EV charging for your electrical vehicle.
