Sit on the balcony, on the comfortable patio furniture and absorb the surroundings while sipping a cool drink. My condo is centrally located and is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dining. It is located diagonally from the newly built Condado Vanderbilt and Condado Ocean Club Hotels, two blocks from the La Concha Hotel and one block from the Ventana al Mar Park and sandy Condado beach. You are in the heart of Condado and within walking distance to all. Some of the other local amenities are the hotels, casinos, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shopping areas. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and other water sport rentals are available at the lagoon. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. Public transportation (bus or cab) can take you to Old San Juan which is less than a 10 minute ride.
