Our house was booked for 2 months to film a new TV show, overall it was a positive experience so we would now like to offer it to others for filming, photos shoots and music videos!
We're very easy going and easy to work with, we have no problems with you moving things around or bringing your own items to the house. In fact the company who last rented the property converted the living room into a mini film studio since it's a very large versatile space, so there are lots of ways you can utilize it.
The layout of the house and location are great. We're located in the beginning of the hills of Encino, just a few minutes drive south of Ventura Blvd. A long driveway leads straight to the house entrance. The driveway itself is large enough to park 6 cars, but there's plenty of available street parking.
The highlights of the property are no doubt the living room and outdoor backyard area. The living room is an amazing entertainer's space and would work great for filming, photo shoots and music videos because you can pick and utilize the sections you need. This space includes a pool table that converts into a ping pong table, a baby grand piano, a foosball table, an arcade machine with over 1,000 games, a bar area, an 84" Sony TV and a huge U-shaped sofa that seats 12 people to enjoy it!
The backyard is a great open peaceful space where you can mostly hear sounds of nature rather than neighbors or cars! There are no neighbors closely bordering our property, so we get a lot of privacy and less noise disturbance. It features a large pool and a beautiful stepped retaining wall structure. The living room flows beautifully into the backyard area. You can also access the backyard from the front of the house using a wide side entrance that leads straight to the backyard without a need to walk through the house.
The back half of the house includes the large living room and large kitchen, while the front half of the house includes the bedroom area.
There's a beautiful guest suite that shares a wall with the main house and is a great place to relax for you or any special guest! This can be included for an extra price.
Also included: keyless entry, Tesla charger, 6 dedicated parking spots (and plenty of street parking), central A/C, high speed wifi, Netflix, Disney +, Hulu and all the essentials required for your stay!
