This single-story, Garden Level Villa is located within sight of the main pool gate - close to all the action, yet far enough away to not see or hear it. You can walk right out your patio to the garden, relax on the sofa, listen to the fountain, or watch the game on the outdoor tv.
You’ll find very comfortable accommodations for 4 guests. The primary bedroom suite has a Casper King Bed, gas fireplace and patio, and ensuite full bathroom with soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed and the bathroom, with toilet and walk-in shower, is across the hall.
The Kitchen is well-equipped, with a stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and granite countertops. Here you’ll find all the pots, pans and dishes you’ll need as well as small appliances. The Keurig is waiting for you with some coffee pods to get you started!
The living room has 2 sofas, a gas fireplace and a Smart TV with expanded Spectrum Cable, including the Golf Channel. The dining room is adjacent, with a dining table that seats 4 comfortably. There is a large patio just off the living room with a grill, sectional sofa and coffee table, and a sweet granite table for your Morning Coffee. You'll find an outdoor tv if you open the outdoor closet, the remote is just inside the patio doors.
This Beautiful Villa contains all the amenities of home, plus some! We have Nest Thermostats that are fun and easy to use. The high efficiency washer and dryer are brand new and the washer has a “Load And Go” feature where the detergent dispenser is loaded for 12+ loads. So, no guessing or using too much detergent. The door locks are keypad entry so there’s no need to keep track of a key. There are EV chargers on site.
Front door camera - Please be aware that a Nest Doorbell is installed near the front door. We use this to know when our cleaning crew is on premises and for general security purposes.
Legacy Villas is a beautiful property with numerous pools and spas, citrus trees, fountains, and flowered walkways. You’ll see kids on bikes, golf carts toting gear to the pool, bunnies and birds. Around the perimeter of the property is a walking trail. Strict security at the entry gate makes this an idyllic paradise!
The Main Pools and Clubhouse are just a few steps from this property. The main pool area has a kids’ pool with “beach” and fun squirting animals. There is another large pool next to it with cabanas for your lounging pleasure. Just beyond, is the hammock garden, an outdoor gas fireplace which is perfect for evening gatherings, adult lap pool and outdoor BBQs. All of this is anchored by the Clubhouse which has a Gym, community gathering space and The Legacy Grille, which offers seasonal food service.
There are two other pools within flip flop distance - one is busier with a large hot tub and the other is generally quiet, with a big lap pool with a small hot tub.
