Summary: Javi who checked us in was very friendly and shared useful recommendations. Room was nice and clean. Super close to the Funicular driving so very easy to get into town without a car. Very nice views from the place. Great that dog bed, bowls and treats provided (daily dog fee €15). We'd stay here again.

Summary: After negotiating the Bilboa road system we arrived at an absolute gem of a wee hotel. There was nothing we could fault it on and being a dog friendly hotel it even had a large garden for our Boxer dog. The staff were exceptional, Coline could not have been mote helpful and the “ breakfast lady “ was also just as helpful and charming. We will be returning.

Summary: Reception very good, full of information.
Our room was small, but adequate, lots of fluffy towels and the shower was great.
On a bus route, just outside the front door.
Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice
