Positive: Raja RAM the manager was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He picked me up at the bus station and dropped me when I left. Extending my stay was really easy and he had lots of suggestions for local sites. They also have a partnership with the only spa in Dulikhel - so if you really need a bath you can get one. I got a massage and body scrub from them. I was so relaxed I started to fall asleep right at the end! The dhal here is delicious! Also the masala chai is great. I loved watching the sun rise or set from the rooftop cafe they have. The view on a clear day is spectacular and partly cloudy days make the sunsets more colorful.

Negative: The bathroom sink could have been cleaner. The noise from the lobby reverberates up the stairs so if anyone is chatting down there I could hear it. It’s not a big deal if you are a sound sleeper like me, but other people might be bothered. Also there is a limited amount of hot water so long showers are unlikely.

Summary: It’s a simple, inexpensive place to stay in the mountains and close to the temples.
