The bedroom has a double bed (140x200cm) and gives access to the closed terrace, has air conditioning and an adjoining shower room.

The toilets are independent and are in the corridor.

The apartment has an box parking space around 12M2, located in the courtyard of the residence.

The swimming pool is open during the summer period from mid May to early October and is not heated. There is no lifeguard.

## Interaction

Tenants will be in contact with the agency that manages this apartment throughout their stay. It will be necessary to communicate your arrival time at the latest 2 days before your arrival so that the agency can organize your arrival as well as possible.
Throughout your stay, you can contact the team by phone, email or at the agency located in old Antibes if necessary.
On departure, a person will come on site to collect the keys and will walk around the apartment.

The neighborhood is residential, family-friendly and quiet: ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. However, it is in the immediate vicinity of the city center of Antibes and its pedestrianized old town because this apartment is only 2.5 km from Port Vauban, or about 6 minutes by car according to the GPS.

## Notes

On your arrival, you will find a kit of sheets per bed according to the number of people indicated in the reservation. If you want sheets for the sofa, please specify before your arrival so that we can prepare the apartment.

A shower towel will also be given on arrival, one per person according to the number indicated on the reservation. You will also have a bath mat and a tea towel + 1 roll of toilet paper.

Beach/pool towels are not included in the reservation.

Departures are at 10 am. Upon departure, you will have to do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys. Please confirm the time of departure and arrival with the agency at least 2 days before.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. We remind you that this apartment is intended for family bookings, so parties are not allowed.

Pets are not accepted.

The swimming pool is open from August 2 to August 31 until 9 p.m. and then from September 1 to September 30 at 8:30 p.m.
