This charming historical miner's cabin in the heart of Old Town was rebuilt and enlarged, bringing with it all the ease and luxury of modern day needs.
This home is beautifully located - especially for summer! You're next door to the park, walk out your back door to bike trails and the front door to stroll through downtown. The historic library is across the street with easily bus stops heading in and out of town. And, to top off the summer fun - the holiday parades come right by the front door!
Winter living is as easy and delightful. Walk to the mountain or hop the bus out front to any resort! Stroll home from dinner and drinks and soak up the town fun after big snow days!
The historic original 800 sq ft cabin now measures approx. 5000 sq ft and showcases a massive, inviting great room and dining set up that lead into a host's dream kitchen complete with stainless steel Viking appliances, honed black granite countertops, and rich walnut cabinetry. The great room is so large it holds three sitting areas, two television viewing spaces and an extended dining room table to seat 14 guests, with the kitchen bar adding 7 more for meals. Kids or additional guests can feast in seating areas in the Great Room or head downstairs to the gameroom tables and bar or upstairs to the second living area and coffee table.
The oversized garage, rare in Old Town, is also heated along with the driveway. A massive mudroom holds all the toys summer and winter adventurers can imagine!
The lower basement level is full of entertainment options: large game room, King and Bunk bedrooms, large theater, kitchenette and wet bar. Additionally, there's two master suites; one on the main level (no stairs required) and the second upstairs with afireplace and expansive master en suite bathroom.
Also upstairs, you'll find a second family room, two additional King bedrooms, a large deck with hot tub that backs to open space.
