This is a modern and unique basement suite that gets great reviews. It’s decorated in a modern coffee shop theme.
The suite has two large windows for natural light. It includes two bedrooms, a TV, a bathroom, and a small kitchenette area. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee pot.
The Liberty Suite sleeps four in two comfy queen beds. Use the lobby seating as a shared space for reading, visiting, playing cards, or relaxing with a cup of coffee.
The space is comfortable, cozy, and private. It includes a main bedroom with queen bed, TV, work desk, and wine table, a second bedroom with a queen bed and recliner, plus a bathroom and small kitchenette.
The entry is through a private entrance at the back of the house. You'll park on the gravel next to the driveway, and follow the signs and the sidewalk along the side of the garage. There is a flight of concrete stairs down to the entry door with a keyless entry into a shared lobby/sitting area (the blue couches you see in the photos).
From there, just follow the sign to your right for the Liberty Suite (red door).
We respect your privacy. Although we enjoy getting to know our guests if they want that, it's entirely your call. We are available in person or by text/phone/email if you need anything at all.
We live in the quiet Larkwood subdivision, a dead-end street off of McMillan between Locust Grove and Meridian Rd. It's a small subdivision with only 22 houses on large three acre lots. We also have a sand volleyball court on our property (which you are welcome to use), as well as adjacent walking and bike paths along McMillan. Each city block is one mile, so if you're a runner, there's a 4 mile route for you. :-)
There is one parking space for this suite on the gravel to the right of the driveway.
