This contemporary, stylishly-appointed two-story, three bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home, features great indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces with all the amenities you need to whip up a memorable dining experience in the gourmet kitchen or on the gas grill overlooking the outdoor covered lounge area, lap pool and heated/jetted spa.
FIRST FLOOR
Kitchen | Dining | Living Room: The first floor’s open, spacious floorplan features 10’ ceilings, hardwoods throughout, dining area seating for six to eight, a large granite island for meal prep, serving station and/or casual dining for four. Gourmet kitchen, complete with Thermador appliances, flows into a modern living room featuring comfortable leather seating, ceiling fan, a large (56”) Samsung Smart TV, fireplace and Sonos sound system with 12’ sliding glass doors opening to the outdoor living space. Guests have access to Keurig, French Press, toaster, coffee mugs, gourmet cooking utensils, contemporary place settings, glassware, silverware and serving pieces.
Master suite, powder bath and laundry rooms are also located on the first floor.
The Master: The master suite features comfortable bedding with a Tempur-Pedic queen size mattress, a guest dresser for personal belongings, private access to two outdoor living spaces inclusive of lounge areas, pool and spa. The spacious en-suite bathroom features two lavatories, lighted makeup/magnifying mirror, an oversized glass shower with dual heads and shower bench, access to a walk-in closet, and private toilet room. Guests are provided towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and have access to blow dryer located under the bathroom sink.
Just off the Master Bath and adjacent to the pool, guests have access to a private seating area for four. This is an idyllic setting for sipping morning coffee, grabbing some quiet time or a quick nap. A respite just off the Master.
The Laundry Room: Guests have access to laundry room, use of high-end Samsung washer and dryer units as well as drying areas to hang clothes needing to air dry. Iron and ironing board also available.
FIRST FLOOR - OUTDOOR
Head outside to find a private oasis! A covered deck, 5-burner high-end gas grill station, outdoor lounge seating, high-boy dining set for four and ceiling fan create the perfect setting for entertaining guests throughout your stay. Take a dip to cool things off in the outdoor lap pool.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor hosts a large loft/media room opening onto a balcony with casual seating for four to six guests overlooking the pool and views of Austin's spectacular downtown skyline.

This comfortable loft/media room sports a large flatscreen TV, leather couch/chaise lounge, bookshelves stocked with must-reads, bar top with refrigerator–creating a unique lounge vibe. There are two guest rooms upstairs along with a full bath. Both guestrooms offer queen size beds and storage for personal items either in dressers and/or closets. One of the guest rooms has an en-suite bathroom with a single lavatory, ample countertop space, private toilet and bath/shower room. Guests are provided towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and have access to blow dryer located under the bathroom sink.
The larger guest room features a combo of sleeping accommodations (queen-sized bed) coupled with a private workout space and flatscreen TV. Workout equipment includes treadmill (personal iPad can attach) free weights, balance disc, jump rope, pushup handles.
