Head down the street to meet friends at Bowlero or grab a slice of pizza from Hungry Howie’s. If you’d prefer a midday refresher, Naga Tea’s expansive menu of delicious specialty tea and coffee has everything you need for a pick-me-up.
Make your way to Lettuce Lake Park and you’ll find gorgeous greenery, hiking trails, and spots for canoeing and fishing on the Hillsborough River. With an abundance of grills and picnic tables, it's the perfect spot to bring a lunch and enjoy an afternoon in nature.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
