Summary: parking not included but its on side streets right next to property. there are slight limitations but never conflicted. 2 good solid queens with ensuites. the twin is ok for young one, the foldout a bit bigger. very spacious and clean. close to decarie (15 expressway)… easy access to most anywhere.
