You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere in the town from this home. The location is set back from the main road so quiet and tranquil and still with easy access to public transport, shops, cafes and beaches.
Guests are warmly welcomed to the studio with their own private access on one side and the main residence on the other side.
The studio is separated from the main house by a fence and gate offering you complete seclusion and privacy.
Features king bed in the open space bedroom which is ideal for couples. There is also a click clack convertible sofa bed which converts into a double bed and so is ideal for young children. A travel cot is available for infants.
