SLEEPING QUARTERS
The spacious primary suite includes a comfortable queen bed, dedicated workstation with dual computer monitors, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and easy access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the loft-style third bedroom provides two queen beds, making it an ideal space for guests.
Located directly across from the main trolley stop and with access to Sea Colony’s incredible amenities, including pools, beach access, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, splash pad and more, this condo has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags.
