Prepare meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge), or fire up the gas grill on the main deck. Dine al fresco or sit down inside at the table for eight or the breakfast bar for four.
Outside on the first-floor deck, take in forest views as you soak in the private hot tub. Afterward, you'll be ready for a restful night's sleep in one of the three bedrooms, all with TVs of their own.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a ski storage closet. You'll also have access to shared tennis courts, a clubhouse, a pier, and a private Pinewild beach.

This condo cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum occupancy is enforced 24 hours a day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the no-party policy may result in eviction. This condo is in a sound-sensitive complex and is not suitable for large or noisy groups. Quiet hours are designated from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced.

Parking notes: Assigned parking for one vehicle is available in parking space 80. A parking permit must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard of the vehicle.
