Positive: Andres the host is lovely and his appartment is very comfortable and spacious. The huge pools and gardens below are gorgeous

Negative: The wonderful huge pool was only usable on 1 day as the staff closed them up on 17th September...booking.com posted the wrong info and stated 1ST October for closure?! This had an adverse effect on our lovely stay. Also my advice is get clear instructions on arrival and departure. If the lovely Maid greets you.. get a good Spanish translator and be clear where you will meet her(front gate) as we had some miscommunication on arrival. Also be warned that the Gate Concierge can disappear on departure so perhaps speak to him when you see him and tell him you need to drop keys back at a specific time and stick to this as if he is not there it could disrupt a smooth departure for flights. We loved the appartment but were very annoyed with the Complex closing pools so early ..the spa and indoor pool were also closed because of an technical issue. The nearest door out of the Complex onto the Marina was also broken and we were all locked out for a short time on day 1. The rubbish("basuras") in our section really smelt and were left a little long plus you have to use the key option on entering and exiting the garage as the remote did not work. The managment of Ribera Marlin need to get to grips with all the glitches as it felt that things were run for their convenience. It will not deter us from returning to this beautiful appartment (perhaps late June when the lovely big pool and gardens are open😉) as Andres the owner really went out of his way to assist us and the management glitches were not his fault.

Summary: Lovely appartment and charming host in a delightful private l complex which should be better managed
