The Space
Walking into the home, you are greeted by a bright, open layout living room, dining area, and kitchen full of natural light from several large windows. The living room is furnished with all new furniture, a 55” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, and several board games, puzzles, and books. The dining area has seating for six and a separate laundry space with a large capacity washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use. In the kitchen, you will find a beautiful new refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and all of the dishes and cooking utensils you will need to prepare any meal. The first floor master bedroom is very spacious and contains a king size memory foam bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, large bathtub, and walk in closet. Back at the front of the home are the stairs and half bathroom. Upstairs, the foosball table on the landing is a ton of fun for kids or kids at heart. Both guest bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses, large closets, and are connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom with bathtub and shower.
