The open concept living room & dinning room will allow you to look out at the gorgeous views of La Sierra mountain range. There are 2 balconies, a large open TV room/living , an open kitchen with an island-- you'll love this house.
While this house is in the mountains top notch restaurants, hiking and everything PR has to offer are within a short drive. The airport is 45min from the house, Condado beach is only 30 min, Palmas del Mar beach is 45 min to the east side, while taking the ferry in Fajardo to Vieques or Culebra will only take about 55 minutes.

The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is a great, safe, gated community with security guards at the gate and guards making constant rounds. Every neighbor is very respectful to each other and very nice.

It is necessary to rent a car**.
The house is located 18 miles from Condado- San Juan.
Public transportation on the island doesn't work as well as it does in larger US cities. Large families will be able to fit up to 5 Cars in our driveway & garage. There's also more parking in the back if needed.
