There are 2 bedrooms- one King sized bed and one with two twin beds a comfortable living/cooking/dining space that will make you feel like it is your home-away-from-home. Each bedroom and living room has its own smart TV. This condo has nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, contemporary furnishings, and no interior steps! The complex includes 3 pools to enjoy. Also, two parking spaces are provided! If flying into town, this property is super convenient to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Perfectly situated two blocks from Tempe Town Lake where you can rent bikes and boats, take long walks, etc. And close to Papago Park for hiking, 1/2 mile from Tempe Light Rail (easy access to the airport and downtown Phoenix) and an abundance of restaurants and shopping! And when you`re ready to venture out of Tempe, it is just a few minutes drive to explore Scottsdale, Phoenix and the East Valley.
