The spacious lounge provides an attractive retreat with a wood burner set in a stone fireplace, creating a comfortable space year-round. The country-style kitchen/diner is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends, and an external door leads to a utility area. A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs, three charming bedrooms offer lovely river and countryside views. The master king-size bedroom features dual-aspect views, and an en-suite shower room and a separate WC with basin. The second bedroom is also a king-size, and the third is a twin bedroom. Completing this floor is a stylish family bathroom.
Outside is a small, fully enclosed patio is a delightful outdoor space, complete with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining. Private parking for one car within 100 metres signed ‘The Old Chapel Parking Only’ with access to an EV charging point that utilizes credit card payment via a Smartphone app.
