Two zone AC, fully equipped kitchen , open plan on first floor large dining room table seats 8+. Strong WI FI to work/school at home and cable TV. Walk to major food store , bakery, restaurants and the boardwalk . Close but not too close. No pets , smoking , or groups . Linens are not provided. Also renting in the fall and winter with a a 2 night minimum. Please note the gas fireplace no longer working. SUMMER MONTHS (June, July, August, September) HAVE A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM.
