All-round floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light and the covered, spacious balcony offers enough space to enjoy the fresh sea air. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower partition and a window. The hallway is equipped with a cloakroom, mirror and another cupboard.
Especially in the high season, the seaside resorts are very full and parking spaces are rare. With your own underground parking space, you can enjoy your vacation without the hassle of searching for a parking space. If you take the bicycles with you, you can put them in the shared bicycle cellar.

In the Seepark itself there are restaurants, ice cream parlors, a supermarket, an 18-hole mini golf course, bike rental and a children's playground on the beautiful Seepark promenade. Another highlight is the "Inselparadies" leisure pool, which also tempts you to relax in bad weather and is an absolute must for the kids. The island paradise is only a few meters away from the apartment and can be reached on foot. In the winter months from December to February, the 550sqm skating rink next to the island paradise invites for fun for young and old. The Seeparkpromenade leads directly to Wilhelmstrasse, Sellins Boulevard, which invites you to stroll with numerous shops and restaurants and leads directly to the imposing pier and the fine sandy beach. This is about 800 meters from the apartment.
Even closer is the approx. 900 meter long south beach, a fine sandy bathing bay, which can be reached via a steep street (white footbridge) in approx. 750 meters from the apartment. If you can't walk the steep path so well, just take the beach shuttle (limited seasonal travel times) directly to the beach (it only goes a few meters away from the apartment). Restaurants and kiosks are located above the beach. If you love long walks on the beach, this is the place for you. The towns of Baabe and Göhren can be reached seamlessly via the beach.
