Sun room becomes a Private Bedroom with a pull out to queen couch plus french doors with curtains and blackout curtains for a dark and private sleeping area.
SECOND FLOOR has the only full bathroom plus 3 bedrooms - 2 queen rooms and 1 with full bed. All bedrooms will have blackout curtains, a closet, a dresser and two bedside tables with lamps with charging ports!
