Nice complex situated in quiet and panoramic location on a farming estate 8 km from San Gimignano away.

This property, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, comprises a small, independent barn (Capannina 1) and other 2 units set on the first floor of the owners' house.

The property owners, a very nice and friendly family, run the farming estate and produce olive oil and wine.

Distances: Certaldo with all kinds of shops 4 km, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 8 km, Poggibonsi approx. 15 km, Siena 25 km, Florence 50 km.

At guests’ disposal: beautiful garden equipped with garden furniture, swimming-pool (16 x 5 m – maximum depth 2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) to be shared among the 3 units and the property owners. WI-FI internet connection available (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds. Shared barbecue.

Extra services: Maid service available by arrangement (payment on site).
