The house consists of two apartments, both available to guests. 1 apartment (80 sq m) is located on the first floor and has a living room with sofa bed, dining area, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom. The apartment has a wonderful 20 sqm terrace with a fantastic lake view, where you can relax over an aperitif while enjoying a fantastic sunset The other apartment (45 sqm) is located on the ground floor and has a living room with dining area, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom At guests' disposal: - dishwasher (on the first floor) - washing machine - microwave oven - kettle - satellite TV - Wifi - air conditioning - 1000 m2 private garden - shared swimming pool that the other villas (open from 5 June to 7 September) - 2 parking spaces on the property - fireplace with grill Animals are welcome No groups of young people Final cleaning costs: Euro 120 to be paid directly on arrival Rental of sheets and towels: Euro 10 per person
