The pool is a great size, located on the beach side and heated in the winter months. The property has free parking and BBQ grills. This condo is beautifully decorated and very well stocked! The master bedroom has a king size bed and it is BEACH FRONT with an entry to the beach front balcony. A 40" LED TV in the master bedroom for your entertainment and a Bose radio/CD player. The beach front living room has a brand new sofa, plenty of comfortable seating and a 47" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and a 36" LED flat screen TV. All rooms have amazing décor including the bathrooms with hard wood flooring throughout the bedrooms. The kitchen is very spacious with granite counter tops including the island, all major appliances and EVERYTHING you might need to prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones. Very well stocked!!! Let's not forget the unbelievable views from the 5th floor! As soon as you walk into this prime condo, an amazing view will greet you! Once you walk out on the beach front balcony, you will never want to leave. Balcony has high-end comfortable furniture so you can relax and enjoy PARADISE.
