After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind at the on-site pool, located just a few steps from your rental unit. Relax in the welcoming living room or prepare beach snacks in this well-equipped kitchen outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Gather around the kitchen bar for meals, which offers seating for six.
This condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, appointed with a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers another queen-size bed and another flat-screen TV. Living room offers recently replaced sleeper sofa.
Both bathrooms are located in the bedrooms and have beautiful walk in showers. Kick-start your day with a cup of coffee on the front porch, or in the community pool which is just outside your front steps.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and assigned parking for two cars maximum in the parking lot. There is no over flow parking. This single-story unit is accessed via five exterior steps at the entryway. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.
This coastal retreat is an 8-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico’s warm waters and soft sands. For a fun day trip, Mustang Island is a 15-minute drive, and North Padre Island is 30 minutes away. Check out the Port Aransas Museum, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, and The Port A Jetty -- all less than 10 minutes from your condo.
When dining out, a plethora of restaurants are less than a mile away, and there’s a Family Center IGA grocery store 5 minutes away.
