Strictly no parties / noise after 9pm
Please note the second bedroom is currently open (perfect for kids) as I am in the process of renovating this to a formal second bedroom. The master bedroom is private with direct access to the courtyard . Perfect for families. The complex is fully secure, and there is free basement parking.
There is a dishwasher in the kitchen but sadly its broken so not in use.
If the fob / keys are lost during your stay, its $100 to replace them.
