Welcome to Decorah! This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow is perfectly situated in a great downtown Decorah neighborhood. Located steps away from the best and flattest part of the Trout Run Trail, Upper Iowa River, Whippy Dip, Decorah Bicycles and all of the wonderful shopping/restaurants Decorah has to offer. This property is just one short mile to Luther College. Walk or bike everywhere in town from this historic location or relax out on the wonderful open porch and take in all the scenery. Property sleeps 6 people and has all original woodwork throughout including a claw foot soaking tub! Master bedroom has a queen Sleep Number bed and walk in closet.
