Luxury designer touches can be found throughout the 960 square foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bath residence, which brings ocean and nature themes inside, in relaxing tones of cream, driftwood and blue. Although the condo is only a few blocks away from Carmel’s famed Ocean Avenue, little street noise can be heard from within.
It’s also an easy drive to other Monterey Peninsula cities — 10 minutes to golf in Pebble Beach®, to the butterfly trees in Pacific Grove, or to historic Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. And a visit to beautiful Big Sur is only about half an hour away.
The condo has a building security door for the corridor outside, providing an additional layer of privacy for Guests. Once inside, the completely renovated interior soothes the senses with colors and features drawn from nature. Highlighting the interior is a sunken living room with cozy seating around a hand-crafted gas fireplace made of stacked stone, and a 50-inch HDTV, an ideal spot for entertaining or enjoying romantic evenings in front of the fire.
White plantation shutters in the living room provide both added privacy and many options for filtered light, matching the sumptuous upholstered sofas. Decorator accents like sleek glass-topped tables, unique elegant lamps and original artwork are found throughout. Bleached wood floors can be found in the dining room and kitchen, and ceiling fans in the living room, bedroom and kitchen aid air circulation. The living room and bedroom are carpeted.
The open concept living area includes the adjacent kitchen and dining area, which offers a glass-topped dining room table with seating for 4, a capiz shell chandelier, and a bar cart. The designer kitchen features new appliances that include a Schott Ceran radiant heat cook top, easy-care quartz composite counter tops, a custom tile back splash and driftwood-look cabinetry.

Parking is available for one car in a dedicated space in the community garage beneath the condo.
