The Original Ventura Beach Cottage is a renovated 1950's Ventura Cottage with all the modern amenities. The neighborhood is a classic Southern California Beach City with all the charm of a surfer town complete with a Main Street downtown that has something for everyone. Great restaurants, bars, shopping an activities.
The Space:
The cottage is very comfortable. It has two private patios, front and back, and parking for three cars (big plus), bikes and boogie boards ! The ocean and sunset views are spectacular. You can see Ventura Harbor to Catalina & Ana Capa Islands to Santa Barbara... just breathtaking. Ventura is one of the safest cities in America, so you can relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.
If you want the local town vibe, Main Street is 10 minutes away and offers everything from shopping, restaurants, theaters, jazz and wines bars, spas and coffee houses.
Downtown Ventura is as quaint as it gets. You're going to love it here !
