"The home was immaculate, clean and had so many fun activities. The backyard was like our own adult playground. The home was spacious with a great deal of space in both the common area as well as 4 large bedrooms all with king size beds. Kitchen was well furnished & had everything we needed." Welcome to our fun & bright abode in N. Scottsdale - perfectly appointed for guests to have the best time vacationing with family, friends, colleagues, golf trip buddies...etc.
Pool was just resurfaced (December 2023) with pebble tec and new tile.
Pool is HEATED & is available upon request from October-end of April. Pool heating it is an additional cost of $75/day for a minimum of 3 days or $450/week. We need minimum 48 hour notice if you want the pool heated, it takes time, especially in the middle of winter. If you opt to have the pool heated, it will be controlled by management. Please understand that a pool heater can only do so much when temperatures drop into the 50's and there isn't a pool cover.
Fabulous bright and fun home located in North Scottsdale has 4 bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed with fresh linens and pillows. Extra linens are available for each bed. Roku TV's can be found in the main living room, game room & all 4 bedrooms. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Paper products are supplied for up to a 3-5 day stay, beyond that you will need to supply your own depending on level of use. Both bathrooms have gorgeous freshly remodeled step-in showers.

Pools floats & toys for guest use. New propane grill is perfect for grilling burgers poolside while you lounge in one of the poolside chaise lounges or 8 Adirondack chairs around the backyard. Large 10ft umbrella is perfect for providing some shade.
Everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay is provided. All kitchen amenities you could need, including a dual Kcup & 12 cup drip coffee maker. There is a pantry for food storage. Laundry room with brand new washer & dryer is available for guest use.
High speed wifi throughout the home. Each room has a ceiling fan and it's own smart TV.
Garage is available for guest use and can fit two cars, and two cars can easily fit in the driveway.
Home is conducive to a long term stay, please inquire if you are looking for a longer term stay.
Pool is heated for an additional fee noted above. Pool is professionally serviced once a week. Home & property has professional pest control & landscaping once a month.
