ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
Welcome to Caribelle. We are happy to host you and hope you enjoy your stay. To keep the villa safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for all guests, please carefully follow the house rules below.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
• No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is also not permitted on patios, terraces, the rooftop terrace, or while using outdoor furniture. Please help protect the outdoor furniture and cushions from smoke, burns, odors, and stains.
• No pets are allowed.
• No parties or loud gatherings.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Please respect the neighbors and the quiet Belair community.
• Please do not move indoor furniture outside or move outdoor furniture to another level of the property.
• Please report any damage, breakage, leak, or maintenance issue immediately to Seyannah Properties.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
POOL RULES & SAFETY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
• CAUTION: SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
• No diving.
• No running around the pool.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Do not leave children unattended near the pool.
• No glass, bottles, or breakable items in or around the pool. Please use only plastic or pool-safe cups outside.
• If glass or a bottle breaks in or near the pool, the pool may need to be emptied, professionally deep cleaned, and refilled. The guest will be responsible for this cost.
• Please do not use the pool if you are under the influence of alcohol or feeling unwell.
SLIPPERY OUTDOOR AREAS
• The outside lounge areas, pool deck, wraparound porch, rooftop terrace, stairs, and areas around the pool can become slippery when wet from rain or pool water.
• Please walk carefully and do not run outside. Non-slip shoes or sandals are recommended when exterior areas are wet.
POOL MAINTENANCE
• Please do not be alarmed if you see the pool maintenance team outside during scheduled service. They are
there to keep the pool clean, safe, and ready for your enjoyment.
AIR CONDITIONING RULES
• Please help us protect the AC system and conserve electricity.
• Do not run the AC while doors or windows are open. Keep doors closed when the AC is on.
• Turn off the AC when leaving the house. Turn off the AC in rooms that are not being used.
• Running the AC with doors open can cause water leaks, system damage, and very high utility costs.
GARBAGE INSTRUCTIONS
• All garbage must be bagged and brought to the designated garbage bins at the bottom of the hill at the entrance of the community.
• Tie all garbage bags securely.
• Do not leave garbage inside the home after check-out.
• Do not leave garbage outside the front door or near the pool.
• Do not leave food waste exposed, as this can attract insects or animals.
• Dispose of garbage regularly during your stay.
SAND & BEACH CLEAN-UP
• Please rinse sand off your feet before entering the villa when returning from the beach. Use the outside tap or designated rinse area if available.
• Sand can clog drains, scratch floors, make the home very dirty, and damage showers and plumbing.
• Please also shake out beach towels, beach bags, and shoes before bringing them inside.
FIRST AID KIT & FIRE EXTINGUISHER
• For your safety, the first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the kitchen area for easy access.
STOVE / OVEN FIRE SAFETY
• Never leave the stove or oven unattended while in use.
• Turn off the stove/oven fully after cooking.
• This is very important to prevent a fire hazard and protect the villa.
OWNER CLOSETS & PRIVATE AREAS
• Please respect all locked closets, storage areas, and private owner spaces. These areas are not for guest use.
• Do not attempt to open locked closets, storage rooms, or private cabinets.
BBQ / GRILL RULES
• Never move the BBQ indoors or into any enclosed area. Keep the BBQ away from any flammable items.
• Do not leave the BBQ unattended while in use.
• Please check that the gas is properly turned on before use and fully turned off after use.
• If you smell gas, do not light the BBQ. Turn off the gas immediately and contact Seyannah Properties.
• Do not use the BBQ during high winds or unsafe weather conditions.
• Please do not pour oil, grease, or food waste onto the patio, grass, plants, or pool area.
• Use proper BBQ tools and avoid placing hot items directly on tables, counters, railings, or outdoor furniture.
• After use, please allow the BBQ to cool safely before cleaning.
• A BBQ is available for guest use. If used, a US$75 BBQ service fee applies at check-out for grill cleaning, safety check, and refueling/preparation for the next guest.
• Guests may be responsible for any damage caused by improper BBQ use, fire, grease stains, melted items, or failure to turn off the gas.
OUTDOOR & BALCONY RULES
• The exterior, wraparound porch, balconies, and outdoor areas are for registered guests only.
• Please use the rooftop terrace, outdoor seating, loungers, railings, and furniture respectfully.
• No sitting, standing, climbing, or leaning over railings, walls, balcony edges, or rooftop edges.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times on the rooftop terrace, balconies, stairs, pool deck, and outdoor areas.
• Please keep noise at a respectful level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Do not use the rooftop terrace during heavy rain, high winds, storms, or unsafe weather conditions.
• Any broken, damaged, or missing rooftop, balcony, outdoor, or furniture items must be reported to Seyannah Properties immediately.
• Guests may be responsible for damage to outdoor furniture, rooftop items, railings, walls, cushions, or decor caused during their stay.
