EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, three twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows, are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented instead of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Free laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
PARKING:
Two garage parking spaces, on the right and left side. Small to mid-sized vehicles recommended. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, sunbathing, and much more! Across the street, you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids and the waterfront Lighthouse Cafe. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard; as a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
