Welcome to Easy Breezy. The name says it all! This completely updated 5 bedroom and 4 bath home has top notch finishes in the brand new baths and kitchen. Throughout the home, you will find sophisticated, yet comfortable décor with a relaxing vibe. The pool is easily accessible from the living room, kitchen and primary suite. There are no stairs from the exterior, including to the pool. This is convenient for guests with little ones or those that don’t get around as easily as they once did.
Living Area:
The relaxing living room provides a lovely place to enjoy your friends and family. The main living room has a great view of the pool and private yard. There’s also a fireplace and large TV for those rainy days, movie nights or to catch the game.
In addition to the main living room, there’s a sitting room with 4 comfortable chairs. This is a nice spot for quiet conversation.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, double oven, microwave and dishwasher. When it’s time to show off your signature dish, you will find everything you need. There’s even access to the pool so you can easily grab a cold drink or a snack.
