The Space:
Located in the Mandolin Resort complex, this two-bedroom apartment is convenient for families or friends wishing to enjoy a relaxing, beachside break.
Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by the beautiful blue backdrop of the ocean that compliments and illuminates the open-plan living and dining area. For those who like to cook, the well-equipped kitchen is stocked with appliances and utensils. Catering to groups of four, the apartment features a dining table and two comfortable couches. Relax in the living room with a book or unwind by watching a movie on the smart TV. There is also alfresco seating outside on the private patio. The apartment is air-conditioned and each room also includes a ceiling fan.

Guest Access:
There is space to park one car in the complex garage. There is also free street parking available. Each guest can enjoy the free facilities provided at the Mandolin Resort. The facilities include a year round heated swimming pool, a spa, an indoor sauna room, a designated little peoples pool with water jets and waterfall, a full size tennis court and 9-hole mini golf. There are also multiple BBQ areas with ample seating.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is directly opposite the beautiful patrolled Alexandra Headland beach. Within short walking distance of the apartment you can find cafes, restaurants, a surf club, skatepark and convenience store. There is also a private hospital, shopping centre, library and cinema all close by. Alexandra Headlands is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

The apartment is approximately 100m away from the Alexandra Parade bus stops where services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
