Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the Grand Lagoon in PCB FL. The condo is in a gated complex with a nice pool. The beach is only 4 short blocks away at access #22. Not only is the beach walking distance but you can also walk to putt putt golf, several restaurants and shops. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and a full size washer & dryer. The balacony offers the perfect place to sit with your coffee or wine and overlook the water and wildlife. Balcony access is off the living room and main bedroom. The sunrise views from the balcony are breathtaking. Both bedrooms and living room have smart TVs and the condo is equipped with high speed internet. This is a third floor unit with no elevator but stairs lead directly to the condo for easy access. We provide linens and towels as well as beach towels. We also have a starter set of soap, shampoo & toiletries. The balcony closet has a few beach chairs and beach toys for your use. You're welcome to bring your kayaks, paddle boards and fishing poles and use the boat dock. There is also a fish cleaning station. No trailers are allowed in the parking lot but there is short term parking close by. Come enjoy the best of both worlds in this quiet community in PCB.
