It is a 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants, Dive Shops, and Half Moon Bay Beach (where the famous Sundowners Bar is located), and a less than 10 minute boat ride to West Bay Beach which is considered one of the best beaches in the Caribbean.
This well decorated, air-conditioned 1800 square foot condo has everything you will want. It is a second floor unit located in Egret Building which is one building back from the water. The condo has ocean and pool views as well as fantastic year round breezes.

Assuming you use the AC at night on a reasonable temperature, the typical electric bill is $15 - $20 / day.
